Privacy policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit themntgroup.com and use the Ad Plan Builder on it. We wrote it in plain words. If anything is unclear, message us and we will explain.

Who we are

This website is run by THE MNT GROUP LTD ("we", "us"), a holding company registered in Nigeria. The Ad Plan Builder is provided by MNT Media & Digital Marketing Ltd, a company in the group.

The short version

• You do not need an account. The website has no sign-up and no forms.
• What you type into the Ad Plan Builder stays in your own browser. We do not receive it.
• This site sets no cookies and has no advertising or analytics trackers.
• All fonts, scripts and images load from this site. Nothing is loaded from Google or any other third party.

What you type into the Ad Plan Builder

Your answers (kind of business, prices, budget, audiences you tick) and the results you enter are saved in your browser's local storage on your own phone or computer. This lets your plan still be there when you come back. The data is not sent to our servers. It never leaves your device unless you copy it out yourself. You can erase it at any time by pressing "Back to the starting answers" on the Ad Plan Builder page, which also clears the results you typed, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Saved copies of the site

So that the site can open on a weak connection, your browser keeps copies of this site's own pages, styles, fonts and scripts. These are the same files everyone receives. They contain none of your answers.

Copying your plan

When you press "Copy plan for WhatsApp", the plan text is copied to your device's clipboard. Nothing is sent anywhere until you paste it and send it yourself. The app you paste it into, such as WhatsApp, handles it under its own privacy policy.

What our host receives

This site is hosted by Netlify. Like every web host, its servers receive technical details each time a page is requested: your IP address, the type of browser and device, and the page asked for. Netlify uses these details to deliver the site and keep it secure, under its own privacy policy at https://www.netlify.com/privacy/. We do not use them to identify or follow individual visitors.

When you message us

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask for our services, to provide them. We do not sell it and we do not share it except with people who work for us on your request, or where the law requires it. We keep it for as long as we need it for those purposes.

Links to other sites

The site links to WhatsApp, and the Ad Plan Builder links to articles we used as sources. Those sites are not ours and have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us whether we hold personal data about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to us at the email address above. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Children

The site is for business owners and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, but because the Ad Plan Builder keeps your answers on your own device, we hold very little to protect.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If we ever add analytics or any other tracking, we will say so here first.
